Choose the time range

The dates under the title are the days counted. When the club, or the app’s record of visits, is newer than the range, only the days on record are counted.

1. Open Manage from the menu and press Analytics.
2. Press 30 days or 90 days at the top.

Read who uses the app

A member counts as active on a day when they open the app in this club that day. Members is how many people are in the club now.

Active this week counts members active in the last 7 days, today included, and the figure after it counts members active at any time in the range. Inactive for 30 days or more counts members not active in the last 30 days, including anyone with no visit on record.

Busiest day is the day of the week with the most members active on average. Active members per day shows each day of the range, and Members active on an average day shows the average for each weekday, counting whole days only.

Read how shifts get picked up

These figures count the shifts posted in the range, by their status today. Picked up: a sitter is assigned. No sitter yet: the shift is still to come and nobody is assigned. Started with no sitter: its start time came with nobody assigned.

Cancelled counts the shifts that were cancelled. Withdrawn counts applications to these shifts that were withdrawn, by the sitter or by Board. Applications closed because a shift was cancelled are not counted.

Usual wait to be picked up is the time from posting a shift to a sitter being assigned: half of the picked-up shifts took less, and half took more. In Each week, each column is the shifts posted that week. The solid part was picked up, and the outlined part was not.

1. Point at a week in Each week, or focus the chart and use the arrow keys, to see its numbers.
2. Press Show the numbers to see every week in a table.

Find members who have stopped using the app

The list starts with the members who were active longest ago. Last active is the last day they opened the app in this club. Days active is how many different days in the range they did.

1. Under Each member, type a name in Find a member, or pick a choice under Activity.
2. Press a column heading to sort by it.
3. Press a name to open the member’s profile.
