Your clubs

Open a club

If you belong to more than one club, you can also switch clubs from the list next to your name at the top of the page. On a phone, the list is at the bottom of the menu.

The club you open is remembered on this device: the next time you sign in here, the app opens it.

1. Go to Your clubs. From inside a club, press the button with four squares at the top left.
2. Find the club’s card and press Open.

Read a club card

Each card shows Your role in that club. You appear here as shows the name the club uses for you. To use a different name or photo in one club, open the club and go to Profile.

Waiting on Board approval means you asked to join and the club’s Board has not decided yet.

Removed means the club took you off its members. Your account still works, and an invite from the club lets you join again.

Join with an invite code

The code is 8 letters and numbers. Capital letters, spaces and dashes make no difference.

You join with your account. If you don’t have one yet, press Create an account on the sign-in page first.

1. Ask the club’s Board for its invite code.
2. Sign in and go to Your clubs. If you are in no club yet, the Invite code box is on that page. Otherwise, press Enter an invite code.
3. Type the code under Invite code and press Continue.
4. Press Join, or Ask to join in a club whose Board approves new members.

Join with an invite link or QR code

If the page says This invite is no longer valid, ask the club’s Board for a new one.

1. Open the club’s invite link, or scan its QR code with your phone’s camera.
2. If you are not signed in, press Sign in, or Create an account if you don’t have one. After you sign in, the app opens the invite again.
3. Check the club’s name and press Join or Ask to join.

Answer an invitation from a club

A club’s Board can invite your email address. The invitation shows at the top of Your clubs and in your notifications.

Press Join to join the club right away, or Decline. Joining shows the club your name and photo, and its Board your email address.

Don’t let this club invite me again declines and stops that club from inviting you. You can allow it again in Notification settings. An invitation nobody answers expires after 30 days.

Start a club

You become the new club’s President, with every Board permission. The club’s invite link, QR code and code are on the Club page, under Standing invite.

You start a club with your account. If you don’t have one yet, press Create an account on the sign-in page first.

1. Sign in and go to Your clubs. Press Start a club.
2. Enter the Club name.
3. Press Create the club.

Join a club whose Board approves new members

In some clubs, the Board approves each new member. The club’s join page says This club’s Board approves each new member, and the button is Ask to join.

Until the Board decides, the club’s card on Your clubs shows Waiting on Board approval. You get a notification either way.
