Message us

Send a message

Your message goes to Canidary, not to your club. It notes the page you started from and your screen size, so we can see where the problem is. What you type is kept while you move around the app to take screenshots.

1. Go to the page your message is about, then press the Settings gear at the top of the page and Message us.
2. Type a Title, then choose what the message is about.
3. Choose an Urgency, from Low to Urgent.
4. Describe what happened, or what you would like, in the large box.
5. Add screenshots if they help, then press Send message.

Add screenshots

A message can hold up to 5 screenshots. Press a screenshot to see it full screen, or its trash can to delete it.

1. Press Take a screenshot in the app. You go back to the page you came from, with a Screenshot for your message bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Go to the page you want, then press Capture this screen, or press Pick a part and tap the part to capture.
3. Press Back to the message when you are done.
4. To add a picture you already have, drop it on Image from this device or choose it there. It must be a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of 4 MB or less.

What screenshots hide

A screenshot taken in the app has names, photos and contact details blacked out before it is saved. The dark bars are on purpose.

An image you add from your device is sent as it is. Check it for names and contact details before you add it.

Follow your message

Each message shows its status: New until we open it, then Received, In progress or Complete. Each reply from us reaches you as a notification in your account’s inbox.

1. Open Message us and find the message under Your messages.
2. Press its title to see what you sent, its screenshots, and the History of answers.

Rate an answer

You can change your rating and comment until we send a newer reply and ask again.

1. When you are asked How satisfied were you with the result?, pick 1 to 5 paws on the notification or on the message’s page. Your pick saves at once.
2. Type in Comments (optional) if you want to say more, and press Send comment.
