Open a page from Manage

Only officers see Manage. What you can do on each page depends on the permissions of your office.

1. Press Manage in the menu.
2. Press a card to open its page.

Know what each card opens

Members: the roster, accounts, and each member’s record. Roles: who holds which office, and what each role can do. Club: the club’s settings, its invites, and the people asking to join.

Shift admin: every shift, application and sitting hour. Dues: the dues deadline and who has paid. Attendance: meetings and events, and who came. Analytics: how members use the app and how shifts get picked up.

See who is asking to join

1. Look for the ! on Manage in the menu. It shows when someone is waiting to join.
2. Press Manage. The Club card shows how many are waiting.
3. Press the Club card and find them under Waiting to join.

Install the app

The app then opens full screen from its own icon. The card shows only where the device and browser can install the app. Every member can also install it from the Settings menu at the top of the page.

1. On the Install app card, press Install on this device.
2. Follow the steps your device shows.
