Board members who can read sitting logs

Waiting for a sitter, the first report, lists the shifts filled by hand that have no sitter and have not started, soonest first, with how many people applied to each.

Nobody but Board fills these shifts. Press Assign a sitter to open one; Board members who can assign sitters by hand pick a sitter there.

Read active and past shifts

Active shifts lists every shift that has not ended yet, canceled shifts included. A shift moves to Past shifts as soon as it ends.

Each row shows the dog and the place, the start and the length of the shift, its status and how the sitter was chosen, who posted it and who is assigned, and its active and total applications.

Sitting log filed appears under the status once the sitter has filed the log. Press it to open the shift and read the log.

Read every application

Applications lists every application in the club, newest first: the shift and its status, the applicant, the application’s status and date, and when it was withdrawn and by whom.

  2. Choose a level under One group only in Sort by to show only that group.
  3. Press a member’s name to open their profile.
